Our founder, Paul Greene, laid a foundation of providing solutions for customers with service, quality, and value. From the earliest days nearly 60 years ago, when he repaired farm equipment as a blacksmith, he was listening to farmers and looking for ways to solve problems they encountered in their day-to-day work. He added new products and services to meet their needs and started manufacturing products not readily available from suppliers. Having grown up during the Great Depression, Paul knew the importance of quality and value, so he made sure he was providing the best quality service at a fair price.
The foundation of providing solutions with quality, value, and service is at the core of everything we do at Greene Galvanized Stairs. Our facilities have grown from a small blacksmith shop to over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Our products have evolved to concentrate on safe and easy access for grain storage systems, with options for operations of all sizes, from small family farms to large commercial elevators.
The company is now led by the second and third generations. As pictured from left to right, Mike Adams (VP, Sales & Operations), Mary Adams (VP, Finance & Human Resources), Rex Greene (President), and Andrew Greene (VP, Information Technology).
We work to keep the grain industry safe while they provide food for the world, providing products at a reasonable price with exceptional customer service.
